(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I need one sample project of Building and School being constructed in UK in Excel sheet to see the sequence of activites especially and methodolgy of Works.

BUT PLEASE NOTE that you have to study the drawings for your project and work out what has to be done, and in what sequence, and with what resources. The drawings will have the answers when you have understood what you are about to build and when you have worked out how you are going to go about it.

Hi David,

Please try the sample projects of planning software, Primavera P3, MS Project, Spider, etc. From these sample projects, visualize your construction sequence of making a school buildings.

You can do it. At the same time, you will develop "critical thinking" the hall mark of planners.

I mean to say that since I have not P3 in my Laptop therefore I request all the information in Excel just to see sequence of activities such as

a)Design Finalization
b)Mobilization
c) Procurement
d)Construction Phase
Foundations
Structures
Roofing
Finishes (plumbing, Electrical and
Testing and Commisioning
Handing over

coz in UK, Foundation, Structures and Roofing for buildings and school is different as per location so I need some detailed activoites under these heads for Foundation, Structure and Roofing with 4~5 activities


Just wanna to get these only

What about starting with:
Basic design
Detail design
Procurement/manufacturing
Construction (Excavation/foundat.construct/etc)
Finishings
equipment
testing
handover to client
