Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

How to declare in terms of progress / payment claims?

Hi guys,
The question like this:
1. how we going to do payment if the progress is over looked?
2. can we deduct the claim if there any little defect / damage in the construction coz by contractors or we have to do back charge.
3. if the contractor is giving us non skill worker to do skill workers job and playing with the time frame, what action can we take. at that time in the middle / quarter of project.
4. What we can do if the workers dont want to work coz of
the contractors dont want to pay and claims with the main contractors. What should we do.
Actually this is my past experience, but i want to know from others opinion with correct action not against the law.I know different country, different contract /law.
