Dear All,

I make a schedule. Done resource loading. Add labour resource to the each activity.

Now I am trying to make monthly manpower histogram.

When I open Resource Assignments windows it's showing the budgeted units allocated to my schedule according to the time scale i set. (Let's suppose I set Quarter/Monthly). This window is showing me the budgeted Units of labour per month. But I need the Manpower per month and want to extract it to excel. So I can make manpower histogram.

How can I get the manpower from budgeted Units

Managing your manpower using averages frequently can result in not making available the necessary resources.

By clicking on the control bar at the bottom of the presentation you can make it full screen as well as you can manually control when each slide moves.

Dear Usman,

Right Click on the Resource Assignment Sheet and clink on "Spreadsheet Options". Check on "Calculate Average". and Put the Value which will divide your Budgeted Units into Manpower. Means if your Time Scale is set in Days then simply Write "10" in "Divide Interval Totals by". it will give you Manpower on Daily basis. Simply you can convert your Budgeted Units into Manpower in Monthly Time Scale by Dividing "300".

you can simply Select All & Copy resources from Resource Assignment in Primevera and Paste into your Excel Sheet.
