(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am woriking on windows 2016 server (Windows instance on oracle cloud), trying to install EPPM 18.8. To create this environment I need to JAVA SDK, Oracle Weblogic Server, SQL Server 2017 (database server) along with EPPM 18.8 modules.
I am using weblogic server 12.2.1.3.0 which is causing a problem with Node Manager, whenever I start P6 services from the weblogic server admin portion, it shows errror
"For server P6, the Node Manager associated with machine localhost is not reachable."
I have investigated this error on internet, another cause of this error is
"weblogic.nodemanager.common.ConfigException: Identity key store file not found:
C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\nodemanager\security\DemoIdentity.jks"
As per Oracle this is a bug, any idea how to resolve this error.
