Summary of the filtered items in bar

Hello ya'll,

I have a filter on my planning so I only see the items of my discipline. In none of the heading bars I can see the

correct summary of the items shown in my chosen layout.

Now I copy them to Excel so I can select the items I need to know.. But this doesn't work efficiently..

Anyone has the answer?

Try adding a UDF number field, enter "1" as value to your filtered results. Your grouping band should show the count (sum) of activities in your grouping.

how do u copy them ? highlight then then right click copy to excel  ?
