(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I'v created baseling schedule contains over 7000 activities. I have to update them now by activity % complete. Is there and fast way to update them by excel if I have the data already in excel?

yes export the activites to excel you will need to export the actual start field, actual finish field and either the remaining duration and or the duration % complete.
Progress 2 activities manually in P6 progress one that has started but has not yet finished and progress another one that has started AND finished use to see the format that is expected for the input data.
The actual start TIME and the actual finish TMES must be included in the import.
