Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Cannot figure out how to make resources spread for resource assignements. The primary example is, I have a Level of Effort activity spanning 12+ months, and have a material resource called "Revenue". I want to spread the revenue dollars uniformly across the activity, but the resource assignement spreadsheet is front loading the budgeted costs for the activities into the first month that the activity starts in. How do I recalculate the spreadsheet, or spread the "revenue" budgeted costs for these activities. All of my activity types are "Fixed Durations & Units" or "Fixed Durations & Units / Time", and I have assigned a resource curve of "linear". Also, another strange thing, on one activity, I assigned a "Linear" resource curve to it, and the cost of the activity jumped forward two months in the spreadsheet, to May, even though the activity started in July and finished in August. Please help.
