Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

When i change the presentation of the Duration to be with 2 decimal places, some activities turn out to be not a whole number. For example, i put 6 days for plastering, when i change it to 2 decimal places it gives me 5.75 days......Why ?!

Thanks,

Wadi

did you import these durations using excel ?

are the druations being derived from manhours  ?

is the activity type resource dependent ?

change them all to whole numbers. I would also venuture to say that your start proect TIME, and your dats date TIME and any constraints that you have that the TIMES are incorrect.

Turn on the times also and check to see if the TIMES are correct
