Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

in P6 I would like to display some project codes in a print layout. The codes I need are not listed in the selection box.

Could anybody tell me how this works?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

Nico

Nico,

I don't believe you can include project codes in the print layout.

Hello Nico,

To add project codes you need to do the following.

1) Go to ENTERPRISE

2) Select Project Codes - A pop up box will appear

3) At the top right hand side you need to click on Modify - This will open the Project Definitions Box

4) Add the Project codes that you require- then close the Project Codes Definitions box.

5) On the top left hand side there is a window - Click on the down key, then select the Project Code Definition

6) You can now add any other codes you need. and close box

7) You then go back to ENTERPRISE

8) Select Projects and select the project you want to add the code to

9) In the bottom layout - select codes and asssign

Hope this helps
