Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Two project to be linked

Hi

I request you to guide me on the below issue

I have three contractors, one is Engineer and another is Procurement, and Construction, all give their schedule, how I could link all together, first to form a baseline and then periodically, if they send the update, how to replace the old file to new one.

please guide

Thanks

Venkat

Venkat,

You can use P6 enterprise server to establish an overall IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) which allows you to set-up a Master and sub nodes beneath for individual EPC contractor plans while also recognising task interdependencies & logical relationships

Cheers,
