Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

can anybody tell me how to identify companies which insist on having work permit before recruiting...wudnt it be better if the notification they are giving will clearly specify "work permit needed or work permit will be arranged".

Mostly you have to arrange work permit for these jobs. There are rare companies who arrange work permit for their employees.

Bhadri,

I agree that sometimes there isn’t as much information as there should be, but there is usually a contact telephone number or e-mail address. If you think you might be interested in the job, contact them and ask about the arrangements for a work permit. You might find that while they would normally expect you to arrange things yourself, if you are keen and proactive they just might do it for you.
