Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

NEC 3 compensation event - forgotten impact from a closed CE

Hi, Good day. A previous CE is already closed with no time impact and only cost implication. The Contractor withdawn its time impact in that CE because of conflict with the PM assessment. Now, another new related CE is being prepared which includes a forgotten change of quantity which has a time impact (different issue from the conflict) in the previous CE. Can the Contractor do that or not, include the other changes in the previous CE into the new CE? Any related NEC clause? Thank you. Regards, Dj
