Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Marvin,

When you receive a claim, the first thing that you can do is to check if it followed the right procedures as outlined in the Cnditions of Contract. And you need to know how much time you have to study and reply.

Generally speaking, you need resources:

a. Contract Administrator
b. Subject Matter Expert
c. Feed back and review of Construction Team
d. Notification to the client

Each person should do their own analysis, and they should report back to the project manager for replying back to the Contractor.

Hope that the information helps.

With kind regards,

Samer

Hi Marvin

Welcome to Planning Planet.

Your question is too broad to get a specific answer.

Many members will assist with all sorts of queries if you can narrow your questions down to particular points.

Meanwhile you can use the "Search" facility to get acces to all previous answers on such topics as Time Impact Analysis or As Built But For etc.

Best regards
