RE: Microsot Project Tracking

John,
I hope I understand your question well; it is not possible in MS Project to keep track of resource changes; it is only possible to see that a given task will be shorter or longer when you add a second resource or suppress one assigned resource.
Hope it helps,
Alexandre

Microsot Project Tracking

Hi,

Just want to ask about the tracking process in MS Project.

Can you track the changes in assigning additional or changing resource to your project which is already saved???

I am wondering if it is possible because in the tracking you can see the changes in the duration between your proposed plan and your actual progress of the project.
