If the values change all the time then the option of making the text white may not be so convenient.

You may be able to use a Custom data item and a logical formula to put only the values you require in the new column.

Look under Tools, Customize, Fields, select a field from the drop down list and click on Formula button to see the calculation options.

Just change the color of font as background then it will not appear.

NA for no value


MSProject shows an NA values for null or zero values. Does anyone know how to eliminate this.
