  • Developed an integrated (Engineering, Code Compliance/ Permitting, Procurement and Construction) Level 4 Primavera Schedule with milestone dates, precedents and durations established through workshops and meetings with Project Management team including Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Procurement manager, Laboratory consultant and design discipline leads.
  • Worked closely with the multi-discipline team to develop a Level 5 tracking tools for Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
  • Independently tracked Construction Level 5 activities by physical verification on site.
  • Responsible for production of weekly and monthly planning / progress reports (S-curves, Histograms
  • Participated in weekly progress meetings to provide feedback on my independent assessment of progress and to advise on critical path activities and possible recovery options.
  • Key member in preparation of bid packages with the role of extracting schedule/progress status and advising on target dates and interfaces for scopes of work.
  • Key member in contractor bid evaluations with the role of evaluating and advising on contractor bid schedules
  • Mentoring and assisting local Contractors in Construction schedule logic, progress tracking and resource planning
