Roles and responsibilities:

•     Manage and maintain all administration procedures including RFI’s, RFA’s other relevant documents, planning ,managing and controlling the projects

•     Coordinate with The Client, Contractors, Authorities and other Consultants

•     Maintain records of inspections, work executed

•      Prepares technical specifications , contracts and tenders documentation

•     Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings

•     Monitor QA/QC site procedures

•     Ensures the quality of design works are undertaken in accordance with relevant standards and codes of practice

•     EDUCATION CITY DOHA
Prestigious project in Qatar with around 800 Hectares of urban development, infrastructure works –highways –tunnels

•     New Doha International Airport
This is a design and build contract. the works consist of 3 major interchanges leading to New Doha International Airport, link roads, perimeter roads, site roads, internal roads, parking, perimeter security fence, drainage, utility corridors and bridge design works for 19 Bridges. The contract value was £110 million, which has been extended to include Phase II Construction to an increased value of works to be approximately £170 million.
