Leading Project management function so as to ensure that project is delivered on time with quality and within cost. Negotiating claims with the Owner/ Client for the scope of work that is to be executed outside original scope.
     Generating Project Plan.
     Participate in the Construction philosophy of the platforms.
     Monitor fabrication progress in consultation with the Project Control team.
     Manage drawing schedule and material availability for the platfrom.
     Taking up technical clarification with the Company representatives.
     Contract administration and project cost control.
     Liasioning with Company’s site representative.
     Negotiating claims incase there are activities that are performed outside the original scope of work. (the total claims raised were in excess of 2.1 million USD).
     Monitor minor barge modification for transport readiness.
     Participate in the platform weighing and loadout activities.
     Participate in Owners Project Risk Analysis.
     Participate and Conduct JSA ( Job Safety Analysis) and STOP .
     Ensuring resource availability for commissioning activities like Hydrotesting, Pneumatic test and High pressure leak tests.
     Liaise with the Company representative for developing Commissioning Test Packs for all the functions.
     Preparing Project Closeout Report
