Tender Stage:
Involved in preparation of the tender documents required such as:
o Tender Program
o Manpower Resource Schedule
o Equipment Utilization Schedule
o Traffic Management Plan
o Construction Program of Works
Pre-Construction Stage:
Involved in preparation and review of contract requirements such as:
o Construction Program (Clause 14.1 of FIDIC)
o Conditions of Contract for Works using FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE DES INGENIEURS CONSEILS STANDARDS (FIDIC)
o Construction Methodology
o Contract Drawings and Specifications
Construction Stage:
o Reports directly to British Construction Manager
o Planning and scheduling (computer aided) e.g. work breakdown structuring, resource loading and productivity analysis, progress monitoring and coordination, critical path analysis, look ahead schedules)
o Responsible for the day-to-day preparation and monitoring of the technical documentation of the project.
o Prepares construction method statements, traffic management plan and other technical submission required for the project.
o Attends progress meetings with subcontractor
o Complies with all the relevant and applicable procedures and work instructions of the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:1996)
