Project : Engineering, Procurement & Construction Package for Main North Duri Development Area 12 (Contract No. 5177 OK)

Location : Duri, Sumatera, Indonesia

Contract Amount : USD 128 M

Client: CHEVRON PACIFIC INDONESIA (CPI)

Project Duration: 27 months

Scope of Works:

The infrastructure and facilities collectively described as the Area 12 North Duri Development (NDD) Project but not limited to the following scope of works:
•     Roads and maintenance access
•     Well pads (588 nos.)
•     Canal and drainage system
•     Bridges across canals and pipe corridors
•     On-plot facilities associated instrument air, chemical injection system and fire detection and protection system in on-plot facilities
•     Refurbishment, modification and dismantling of existing COMPANY facilities
•     Off-plot piping facilities consisting of pipelines for tubing production systems, casing production systems, foul production systems, steam distribution systems, fuel gas systems and kill water systems, including all associated tie-in to existing facilities
•     Electrical power distribution system consisting of medium voltage power network and low voltage power network
•     Well hook-up consisting of producer wells and injector wells well hook ups.
•     Control system, telecommunication, optical fiber and GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) multiplexer system

•     Perimeter fence and safety patrol roads

Scope & Responsibility

1.     Assigned as Project Planning and Control Manager (PPC) for the project

2.     Reports directly to Senior Project Manager and Corporate Project Control in the Head office

3.     To broadly understand the Contract Document such as but not limited to Scope of Works and Conditions of Contract

4.     Manage the preparation, control and update of resource loading of Engineering, Procurement and Construction master schedule (level 3) in accordance with the Contract using Primavera 6.0 in the network environment.

5.     Manage the preparation of the recovery schedule and resources if necessary

6.     Coordination to Engineering, Procurement and Construction team related to deliverables, materials and execution respectively

7.     Review performance analysis of the project using the principle of earned value management from the data generated from the Primavera 6.0 software and report to the Management to develop strategic planning.

8.     Manage the project control system of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Team

9.     Supervise the preparation of EPC progress and change order/variation claims to the Client.

10.     Submission of weekly and monthly report to Client and Head Office

11.      Issue weekly and monthly schedule to each WBS holder.

12.     Coordinate with the Finance Department in the preparation of monthly cash-flow.

13.     Supervise cost control and progress engineers in preparing the key performance indicators of the project (budgeted cost vs. actual cost and profitability)

14.     To report to Project Manager concerning to any Non Conformance matters related to the project.

15.     Act as Coordinator to the Client Business (PPC Team)

16.     Plan and control of productivity and efficiency of the project
