Monitoring Progress of engineering & construction deliverables.
Preparing weekly & monthly progress reports.
Preparing project progress invoice and certifying subcontractor’s invoices.
Preparing method statements and work procedures.
Coordinating with project execution, procurement, design and fabrication dept. to assist the execution team for timely completion of works
