Project: D154 Nuclear Submarine Refueling Facility, Plymouth, England
Responsible for the full integration of sub-contractor/alliance members programmes for the capability of Refueling Trident / Vanguard Class Nuclear Submarines for the Ministry of Defence.
Construction / Setting to Work / Commissioning of a purpose built Re-fuelling facility consisting of Primary Circuit Decontamination/Alternative Core Removal Cooling Building, Training Rigs, Low Level Refueling Facility, Submarine Refit Complex Modifications, Nuclear Railway Transfer Route, Trident Refit Building, Mechanical Plant House, Electrical Plant House, Category C/D Buildings, Entrance Building & Security Fence, and Craneage. Responsible for the preparation of level 2 & 3 networks for the Prime Contractor Organisation (PCO) identifying interfaces between the five main alliance members and the Safety Case Preparation/Regulatory approvals necessary for the completion of the work. Preparation of Barcharts, ‘S’ curves, Histograms broken down by facility using detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Client Breakdown Structure (CBS), and Organisation Breakdown Structure (OBS), using Primavera for Windows (P3), Open Plan, Artemis 7000, Microsoft Project planning software.

Responsible for the preparation of programmes to support the Construction/Removal of Two Temporary Cofferdams to support the safety case for the refueling of a Nuclear submarine in the event of an earthquake, using Open Plan and Microsoft Project Planning Software.
