Greetings!

I wish to seek assistance for the below as my experience on this is 0%.

Objective is to prepare a master plan of a design and build program for the construction of a 275kV overhead transmission lines.

What are key activities to develop a level 3 schedule for this?

basically, the works will include the following:

  1. Civil works / Foundations
  2. Steel Structure / Tower / or Posts
  3. Cabling and appurtenances
  4. Interface works
