Change all "time" per Calendar

I am preparing the recovery program and we know that many activities are progressing already and the problem is the finish "TIME" is not the end time of the day. Say for example, Blockworks is at 30% and it gives me the finish date as 30 August 2019 10AM. Not to include the completed activities which have a 3PM or 2:30PM time. I want to change all of these to the end time, say 5PM per calendar. Is there a way to do this?

Yes. But not easy. The problem is not with calendars but with the duration of your activities. The duration need to be round numbers equal to the number of hours per day on your calendar. 1. Export activities to Excel. 2. Run a formula to determine the variance of your activity duration. For example, if your duration is 6.5 hrs and your calendar uses 8 hrs/day, then the variance is 1.5. 3. Use the formula to add this variance to the remaining duration. 4. Import back into Primavera. Note: do not fix by changing the finish time as this is a calculated date resulting from start + duration - 1. Hope this helps.

Try using replace function to replace all unwanted actual time to say 8:00 or 15:00 for start and finish respectively.
