RPCuk (formerly Richard Palmer Consultancy) is one of the UK's foremost suppliers of enterprise project management and planning solutions.

As an accredited Primavera partner since 1992 and as an Oracle Approved Education Center and Oracle University delivery partner for all Primavera product education and training throughout the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia, the company has acquired a reputation for high quality, cost effective training and successful implementation and deployment consultancy.

Whilst the paragraph above is true, it doesn't begin to describe the real RPCuk. So, just between us, here's a few things that might help to add some colour to the canvass...

• We are good at, and take pride in, what we do, which is delivering top quality project management and planning training and consultancy at sensible prices.
  
• If, when you talk to us, you expect to be greeted with a slick and polished sales pitch you will be disappointed. We are not sales folk and do not employ any sales people. We let our reputation do our talking for us and we much prefer to roll up our sleeves and deliver real, tangible value.
• "Customer-centric" is an awful phrase and if we could think of a similarly concise but less cheesy phrase we would because, although it makes us cringe, it is a phrase that precisely describes the RPCuk approach. We absolutely put clients at the heart of our business because we believe that, for genuine service organisations, the word "service" should mean just that. We also adopt this credo for the most fundamental of commercial reasons - satisfied clients are more likely to use RPCuk again.
• Our people are, without a doubt, our most prized asset. Not only do they know their stuff but, to a man and woman, they share our philosophy for going the extra mile to make sure that clients are delighted with the quality of services received from RPCuk.
• Solid partnerships and relationships based upon mutual trust and respect are key features in all of our dealings with clients, vendors and colleagues. We value personal chemistry, honesty, transparency, integrity and reliability.
• We are affable, friendly, informal and easy to get on with. We will talk to you about pretty much anything but would hope to discuss your requirements at some point during a conversation. We enjoy helping clients to resolve their problems and like to have fun in the process - success is the surest way of generating smiles that we know.
• We are flexible and adaptable and not afraid to consider venturing outside of our comfort zone. In short, we are usually up for a challenge. Put us to the test.
