Monitor project/contract KPIs against schedules and plans and communicate progress, improvement and slippages.

Principle Planning Engineer, Shell Petroleum Development Co., Bonny Terminal Integration Project

Principle Planning Engineer on Bonny Terminal Integration Project.  The all encompassing project has four distinct elements all being conducted under four separate EPC contracts to an overall value of $1.2billion over a period of 4 years.  The main element being carried out by Hyundai Heavy Industries of Korea is for the main refurbishment of the Bonny Crude Oil Terminal plus the installation of a new offshore pipeline and two offshore SBM’s for Offshore loading.

Planning & Cost Engineer, Hess Corporation, GASSI EL AGREB ALGERIA

Planning and Cost Engineer for Amerada Hess on El Gassi, Zotti and El Agreb Fields in Algeria.  Interface with the contractor (Bechtel) on the GCR Project at Zotti. The GCR Project is for the EPC of a green-field plant to facilitate Automated Central Well Wash to all wells in all three fields and the enhanced Gas Lift and Gas Injection on the El Gassi Field.  GEA is a mature field operation with the output having depleted to 20,000bbl.

Planning the onshore hook-up, float out, installation and offshore hook-up for the Experimental Project (Island a & D) Kashagan Project in the North Caspian. The modules (barge mounted) were fabricated in various yards in Norway, U.K., Dubai, Malta and Italy. Once fabricated they were required to be dis-assembled in order to be facilitated transportation throught the northern Baltic to Caspian and the southern Black Sea to Caspian canals.

Establish the Phese 2 schedule and maintain progress. Establish the schedule for full project execution at Level 2 and the detailed Phase 2 / Phase 3 ‘Gate’ schedule, to allow funding to be established for Phase 3 of the Project. Was promoted to Project Controls Supervisor and was respsponsible for recruiting my back-to-back replacement, 2 Cost Control Supervisors and for establishing an integrated Cost / Scheduling and Estimating Work/Cost Breakdown structure to take the Project through full execution.
