Analyzing the effect of Labour Cost with the forecast and actual and reporting it to the project director weekly along with different histograms of manpower, steel and concrete. Updating a database prepared myself using MS Access to control the delivery of Concrete, Reinforcement and Precast. Using this report to compare the original invoice submitting from the sub-contractor for the preparation of Monthly Invoice.
