Schedule Control Manager

1.Developed project dash board, delay analysis, assisting the AGP (Client) and their EPCC contractors in developing their recovery plan, provide recommendation to the Client with regards to the delays and forecasting the remaining works to meet the contractual milestone date.

2. Preparing a weekly and monthly report to the client, update the overall progress s-curves, reviewing the progress measurement system from the EPCC contractors, submitting an analysis of the project twice a month.
