Completed a project - streamline the company’s Recruitment process and identify the constraints within the team which lead to prolonged recruitment delays. I developed a project management plan and got it approved, managed the project execution successfully, managed weekly status reviews to track progress and controlled budget expenditures, archived project documents for future reference. I also resolved conflicts within the team and did team building activities for motivation.
