  • Lead all the planning, scheduling and cost control activities related to projects and the company.
  • Supervise Planning Engineer & Cost Controller for preparation of the Detailed Schedules, Budgets, Cash-flow analysis, Critical path analysis, Trend Analysis, Cost control and Slippage reports for offshore installation projects.
  • Participate in all the Management Review Meetings and review all planned results in coordination with the Management.
