Producing progrmmes for tenders containing all the relevant detail as a contract requirement. Assessing optimum phasing and developing methodology as a result of knowledge gained from the requirements within the tender documents and drawings.

- Development of Planning, controlling and reporting system, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and cost/resource loaded schedules for various projects.

• Develop realistic programs up to Work Breakdown Structure level IV
• Produce Master procurement schedule / drawing schedules / Material submittal registers / Work inspection registers
• Resource / Cost loading & Tracking
• Leveling resources to achieve maximize productivity
• Develop Manpower Histogram and resources forecast curves.
• Knowledge in FIDIC clauses
• Able to handle Civil / Fit-out Works
• Track and report progress achieved on bi-weekly / monthly basis
• Attend Progress review meetings with client / consu

• Project Planning and Schedule for a Hydro electric Project 
• Constructional Power Planning & Costing 
• Planning of the communication systems for a remote location 
• Planning of the automation of the work and a centralized sub station to monitor the resources(equipment, vehicles, manpower, stores etc.,). 
• Insurance claims 
• Project monitoring for a transmission line 
• Planning of the equipment in respect to power generation and the related equipments along with their automation.
