My career began as a Project Administrator for mulitple small scale projects in Transportation Engineering as well as Military Planning.  Eventually I was promoted and moved into a Project Controls position with the Phoenix Light Rail project working for the end client.  This position was mainly devoted to compliance with Federal regulations for subcontractors as well as numerous and varied accounting responsibilities.  After the initial phase of the project was winding down, I was pulled back to the home office to take over Project Contols duties for the Military Planning de
